EPIC ID upload

EPIC ID upload involves creation of an EPIC account, upload qualification details, upload a CURRENT passport and a VALID passport photo. 

  • It takes 3-5 days to process;

  • Doctor involvement is minimal at this stage;

  • Once complete three emails are generated; 

  • This allows us to complete the EPIC ID upload; 

  • The next step is Notarisation of ID. 

What is needed from you?

We need the following from you. Key points:

  • A CURRENT PASSPORT.

  • It cannot have expired; 

  • The scan MUST be clear; 

  • The scan MUST show ALL DETAILS on your biographical passport page; 

  • A PASSPORT SIZED PHOTO; 

  • It must be in Colour; 

  • It must have a plain, light coloured background; 

  • Show a clear front view of your full face only; 

  • A RESUME

  • Showing all roles since completion of your MBBS; 

  • IT MUST show months and year of commencement and completion; 

  • A MEDICAL COUNCIL OF NEW ZEALAND APPLICATON FORM

  • We will provide the appropriate form;

  • It will be partially completed;

  • We ask that you review and advise amendments as needed;

  • CONFIRM THE BEST EMAIL ADDRESS 

  • This is the one we will include on your MCNZ registration

  • It must be an email address unique to you. 

We have included a document providing additional information on Passport and Photo requirements. 

What happens next?

In 3-5 days You will receive THREE EMAILS from EPIC. 

  • Please forward ALL THREE EMAILS to mark@advice4doctors.com.au;

  • They look like Emails 1 to 3 in the attached sample emails document. Sincere thanks to Dr Humza Carim for allowing us to share these;

  • On receipt of the emails we can finalise your EPIC ID upload; 

  • And commence Notarisation of ID
